The airline will also benefit from ATR`s expertise for all of its maintenance procedures. An ATR is a certificate for the movement of goods between the European Union and Turkey. There are two important agreements between the EU and Turkey. One of them is the EU-Turkey customs union, which mainly includes industrial products. An ATR certificate is a customs document that can be used in trade between EU countries and Turkey.
